Hot Runner System
Valve gated preform mold is proven best to PET resin. The pneumatically driven valve stem goes back and forth to open and close the gate orifice. Vespel seal ensures tightness and long lift span. The coil heater along with the nozzle keeps material flowability so no "tail" on the preform will be required to cut off after injection. Therefore, no material and labor will be wasted. The compact design with every single part and details carefully processed and assembled is definitely your best choice.
Remarks:
- A low pressure (0.6 - 0.7 MPa) air compressor shall be provided for hot runner system. This air compressor is not included with the mold delivery.
- A solenoid valve shall be connected to control the mold. This valve is not included with the mold delivery.
- A time relay (1/10 - 3/10 of second delay) shall be set on the injection molding machine to delay injection begin time after the valve stem opens. This time relay is not included with the mold delivery.

Remarks:
- The actual power of the hot runner system for specific mold shall be determined on case by case basis.
- Mold temperature regulator will need small amount of power for normal operation.
- Above neck size range is for estimation purpose. Virtually we make mold for any preform with neck size range of 15 - 120mm.
